Murder charges against three Potter County residents accused of killing a man and dumping his body in a wooded area have been bound to court.
Court papers say 33-year-old Felicia Cary, 20-year-old Krysten Crosby and 28-year-old Kyle Moore, all of Galeton assaulted 19-year-old Joshua Ramos at Cary’s home then took his body to the wooded area near the intersection of Harrison Rooks and Whitman roads in Harrison Township. State police found the body after receiving a tip.
Cary, Crosby and Moore are all charged with first- second- and third-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, kidnapping, and tampering with physical evidence. All three are in jail. There’s no bail on murder charges.
