Olean woman arrested for DWAI-Drugs and drug possession following an accident in Allegany on Friday. Jennifer A. Kabel, 31 was arrested for driving while ability impaired, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Kabel was in possession of Clonazepan and Alprazolam pills that she doesn’t have a prescription for. She was also unable to complete field sobriety tests at the scene due to injuries. Kabel was arrested and taken to Olean General Hospital for treatment and a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation confirmed impairment. She was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Allegany Town Court, where she is due to appear in November.
