A Buffalo man has been arrested in Cattaraugus County on drug charges.
Police say on Tuesday they got a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle at a business on Route 16 in Hinsdale and later learned that 30-year-old Kyle Margeson had Xanax he didn’t have a prescription for.
He was scheduled to appear in Hinsdale Town Court next month then released.
