The Bills continue to lean on their medical staff for updates on wide receiver Sammy Watkins. Watkins has been bothered by the foot, which he sustained a stress fracture to last fall and had surgery to put a pin in last spring. Watkins didn’t play Sunday in the win over the Cardinals. Bills left tackle Cordy Glenn continues to rehab an injured ankle. They are optimistic that he will practice this week. Bills GM Doug Whaley says linebacker Shaq Lawson is schedule to begin practicing when he’s allowed to after week 6. Lawson had surgery on a shoulder injury in the spring and is on the IR designated to return list.
