The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford will hold admissions open houses on Oct. 20 and Nov. 3.
At an open house, high school students who are considering studying at Pitt-Bradford and their families can meet faculty and coaches, tour campus and learn about student life, admissions and financial aid.
Open houses begin at 12:30 p.m. with an opportunity to speak with faculty from across campus in the Frame-Westerberg Commons. Students and their families will also attend academic, financial aid and admissions presentations.
Representatives from the Housing Office and Seneca Battalion Army ROTC will also be available to answer questions.
On Oct. 20, Zachary Stark, instructor of exercise science, will discuss college academics. On Nov. 3, the speaker will be Dr. Tammy Haley, associate professor of nursing and director of the nursing and radiology programs. Following the talks, prospective students and their parents will have an opportunity to hear from and ask questions of a panel of current students.
Those who are unable to attend the fall open house can attend a Saturday open house on Jan. 19, 2019, or visitation day on Nov. 12 (Veterans Day). Visitation day activities begin at 10 a.m.
