A former high school teacher and her husband have filed a federal suit against two Bradford Area School District School school administrators, the City of Bradford Police Chief and a former high school resource officer. Court records say that former social studies teacher Ann Nuzzo alleges that principal David Ray and vice principal Ken Coffman questioned her without her union representative at Coffman’s office about a personnel matter in April of 2016. Nuzzo also alleges that police chief Chris Lucco and officer Mike Spencer told her that her students had accused her of videotaping them without their permission. The also says that Nuzzo’s iPad and cell phone were searched without a warrant and she suffers from post traumatic stress disorder related to the incidents. The Nuzzo’s are asking for a jury trial and for unnamed compensatory and punitive damages.
