Jung Ho Kang homered as the Pittsburgh Pirates tied the Baltimore Orioles yesterday, 1-1.
The game was the team’s final Grapefruit League game of the season, and the home-run was Kang’s 7th, the most in the league from this year’s spring training.
Trevor Williams and Nick Kingham each pitched three scoreless innings, and Steven Brault surrendered the tying run in the eighth.
Next the Pirates will play the Houston Astros in a pair of exhibition games at Minute Maid Park. The first game is tonight at 8:10.
