A man accused of threatening to assault, shoot and kill a number of people who work for Hennard Construction has waived his preliminary hearing.
Court papers say that on the afternoon of March 22 28-year-old Jonathan “Juice” Johnson of Bradford threatened Leonard Winslow, Todd Hennard and others on a Bishop Street job site and, while holding landscaping bricks, threatened to damage Hennard’s vehicles and other property. Court papers say he threatened the others in an attempt to get to Winslow.
Johnson is free on unsecured bail.
