Taking part on the tour were legacy members Mick Fleetwood, and John McVie, along with classic lineup members Stevie Nicks, and Lindsey Buckingham.
On the next Live in Concert, we’ll listen to a legendary performance from that tour. It was captured live at the TD Garden in Boston on September 24th, 2003.

An Olean man was charged with failing to register as a sex offender on Thursday afternoon.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 44-year-old Ryan S. Bartlett with 2 counts of Failure to Register to the Sex Offender Registry.

Bartlett allegedly failed to mail in his annual sex offender registry verification and wasn’t living at his registered address.

He was sent directly to the Sheriff’s Office Jail and is scheduled to appear in Cattaraugus County Court at a later date and time.

Gas prices tumble in PA
According to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report, gas prices are 10 cents lower in Western Pennsylvania this week at $4.60 per gallon rounded up.

Bradford specifically is below the average for the 8th week in a row at $4.53 per gallon.

The City of Bradford Fire Department and City of Bradford Police Department responded to 33 Miller Street for a report of a 70-year-old male who had fallen into the creek behind the residence Friday night.

Emergency responders found the man unconscious at the bottom of the flood control wall after an estimated fall of more than 20 feet into the creek area.

Following the rescue, the victim was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel and subsequently airlifted to a regional trauma center for further medical treatment.

The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation by the City of Bradford Police Department.

No additional information is being released at this time.

In Pennsylvania it will be a primary offense to hold, touch or use a cell phone while driving, even when stopped at a stop light or stop sign.

Police will issued a $50 fine plus court costs.

A Great Valley man was arrested on Thursday in Amity for gun felonies in Caneadea.

New York State Police charged 22-year-old Riley Andrew Lewis with felony grand larceny of a firearm, felony criminal sale of a firearm and petit larceny.

Lewis was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

An Eldred man was arrested in Machias Friday afternoon.

New York State Police arrested 34-year-old Robert J. Lincoln on a warrant connected to an incident on March 13.

Lincoln was held without bail.

A Salamanca resident was charged with several felonies after allegedly driving while intoxicated early Saturday morning.

New York State Police charged 30-year-old Justice L. Crouse with felony DWI with a previous conviction, felony unlicensed operation with a permanent revocation and obstruction of government administration.

Crouse was released on their own recognizance.

An Olean man was charged early Sunday morning after allegedly stealing a bicycle in Allegany on May 21.

New York State Police charged 27-year-old Patrick A. Hathaway with petit larceny.

Hathaway was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

The American Red Cross will be hosting three blood drives next week in McKean County.

One will be held at the Bradford Area Public Library Tuesday, June 9 from Noon to 5PM, One at the Vets Club in Emporium Thursday, June 11 from Noon to 6PM and one at the Johnsonburg United Methodist Church Friday, June 12 from 10AM to 3PM.

The Former City of DuBois administrative secretary took a plea deal in a federal corruption case Wednesday.

Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer pleaded guilty to two felony charges tied to theft and misuse of city funds in the extensive public corruption case involving former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio.

With the plea, Shaffer admits she and Suplizio embezzled, stole and intentionally misapplied more than $5,000 in City of DuBois funds throughout 2021.

The plea agreement calls for the remaining charges against Shaffer to be dismissed at sentencing.

Suplizio previously pleaded not guilty and his federal trial will begin Oct. 5 in Johnstown.

 

10AM MONDAY

The inaugural McKean County Youth Art Exhibition will open Friday at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, showcasing the creativity and talent of young artists from across McKean County.

The exhibition, a collaborative project between Leadership McKean and Pitt-Bradford Arts, received 40 submissions from youth artists representing communities throughout the county in a variety of mediums displayed in Blaisdell Hall.

An opening reception will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

Awards for selected works will be presented during the reception.

The exhibition will remain on view through June 10 in the KOA Art Gallery, located in Blaisdell Hall on the Pitt-Bradford campus.

Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
