Anyone who knows anything about the Pennsylvania State University knows that the words “We Are” are supposed to bring the response “Penn State.”
Now the first two words are a 12-foot steel sculpture on the university’s main campus.
The sculpture, which was a gift from the Class of 2013, was unveiled Tuesday.
Pictured, Employees from Penn State’s Office of Physical Plant kept the ‘We Are Sculpture’ secured and in place as it was moved by crane to its foundation on the morning of June 30. The sculpture will reside at the corner of Curtin Road and University Drive, adjacent to the east side of the Intramural Building. Photo by Patrick Mansell
