The National Weather Service has confirmed that an EF2 tornado touched down Sunday night in Warren County. The Tornado, with winds estimated at around 120 MPH, blew the roof off of Carter Lumber and left mangled pieces of metal all across the road. Route 6 in Starbrick was closed for several hours while firefighters and other crews worked to clean up the debris. A number of homes along River Road were damaged after the tornado hopped across the Allegheny River and traveled near the houses. And, the winds brought down a 150 foot Warren County communication tower.
