A Randolph woman is facing several charges after police learned she was wanted on a warrant out of the City of Olean after an arrest for an unrelated incident. 41 year-old Linda Tally was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest after allegedly dialing 911 17 times and the non-emergency line 15 times after being told to stop. Police then discovered that there was an existing warrant for Tally in Olean for welfare fraud and grand larceny. Tally was issued a ticket to City of Olean court.
