Criminal charges have been dropped against an Ohio couple who had been accused of breaking into and barricading themselves in a Crawford County residence in December.
Law Enforcement originally charged 75 year old Theodore Leonard and 73 year old Sharon Leonard with assault of a law enforcement officer, burglary, and criminal trespass after they allegedly broke into and barricaded themselves in a house in Shenango, in Theodore Leonard’s words, “to protect themselves from the police.”
Neither the Crawford County District Attorney nor the Pennsylvania State Police would comment on why the charges were dropped.
