Firefighters battled a car fire Wednesday night on Parkside Drive Extension, just off the Limestone exit of Interstate 86. Limestone Volunteer Fire Chief Mike Soper says one of his firefighters was taken to BRMC for treatment of heat exhaustion. He added a man and woman, who were not identified, and had been in the vehicle, got out of it after it caught on fire. The vehicle was destroyed in the blaze. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the vehicle fire after receiving a report of a domestic incident at the scene.
