A former Bradford Medicor employee was acquitted Tuesday in MCKean County court of distributing prescriptions after her employment had ended. A jury dismissed charges against 54 year-old Darlene Venezia-Skaggs of Bradford of distribution of a controlled substance by a professional assistant and intent to deliver a controlled substance. Venezia-Skaggs had been employed as a nurse practitioner.
