A Wellsville woman is facing drug and conspiracy charges. Police charged 39 year-old Michelle Fauth with criminal possession of methamphetamine. The charges stem from an incident that took place in February on Madison Street in Wellsville. Fauth is in the Allegany County Jail and due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 15.
