A Bradford man has pleaded guilty to setting a stolen car on fire in Allegany.
36-year-old Curtis Berkhouse stole the car from the Bradford McDonald’s parking lot in January of 2016. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 12 to 28 months in prison in that case.
After stealing the car he took it to a lease road in the Town of Allegany, where he set it on fire to destroy evidence.
Sentencing is scheduled for October 29 in Cattaraugus County Court.
