A Little Valley man, who broke into the former Rafi’s Food Cart in Olean last November and stole money, has been sentenced to nine months in the Cattaraugus County Jail. 44 year-old Scott Jordan was caught on a neighboring home’s surveillance video exiting the food cart during the early morning hours of Nov. 6. Olean police arrested Jordan about three weeks later for taking a box containing $100 in cash and $30 in change. Rafi’s Food Cart was destroyed by a fire a month after Jordan’s theft.
