Greg and Barbara Ross owners of the Goldenwest Group, LLC, who own multiple buildings in Bradford, Pennsylvania including several buildings within the Historic Main Street Business District, have entered into a partnership with Bradford residents Tim Gigliotti and Bob Pascarella to form The Bradford Chocolate Factory.
The Bradford Chocolate Factory will be located at 72 Main Street ( Corner of Main and Chestnut). Renovations have started and expect to be complete by mid-October with the opening slated for early November this year.
The Bradford Chocolate Factory will offer many old fashion favorites that were found at some of the Candy Stores in Bradford such as Old Fashion Sponge Candy, and Rock Candy from Deselles Candies, and the chocolate-filled Easter Eggs from the Candy Kitchen of St Francis of Assisi.
Bob Pascarella, the chocolatier, has created many sweet creations over the past two decades and will oversee the Custom Chocolate Operation within the company.
Bradford’s love of chocolate goes back well over 100 years with such household names as The Sugar Bowl, The Palace of Sweets, The Greek-American Confectionary Company, Goodie Shop, Betty Dixon Candy, Deselle’s Candies, and The Candy Kitchen at St Francis of Assisi.
