During last night’s Foster Township supervisors meeting, supervisors, and police officers from the Bradford area, and the public congratulated police officer Kevin Shaffer for his 20 years of service with the township police department.
In all, he worked as a police officer for 45 years for several departments.
Shaffer will still work for the township as a part time code enforcement officer.
