A Greene Township man is being held on $175,000 bail in the Erie County Prison for an incident relative to the Luring of a Child into a Vehicle or Structure that occurred on Tuesday. Kurt Bryan Shultz was arrested and arraigned by Magisterial Judge Denise Buell who set bail at $175,000. Unable to make bail Shultz was committed to the Erie County prison yesterday.
