Charges against a Bradford bar owner accused of displaying a handgun to a state police liquor enforcement officer have been bound to McKean County Court following a preliminary hearing this morning in front of District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Court papers say an officer in full uniform went to Marsh’s bar last month to conduct an investigation and notification for administrative violations. While the officer was investigating, 61-year-old Kenneth Marsh allegedly displayed a gun multiple times.
Police did not say what alleged violations the officer was investigating.
Marsh is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct. He’s free on bail.
