A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail on child pornography and unlawful contact charges.
City of Bradford Police arrested 28-year-old Aaron Dean Davis on Saturday after an investigation by School Resource Officers. Davis is a registered level one sex offender, having been previously convicted of sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl, and was charged over the course of the last year with three separate felony sex crimes against minors and/or Megan’s Law violations and was out of jail after posting three separate bails over the last year.
According to court filings, one 12-year-old victim told police that Davis has added her as a friend on Snapchat three months before and was continually asking her to send him nude photos. She said that she sent them but kept copies which she gave to police. She also said Davis given her a brand-new iPhone so they could stay in touch easier.
Davis is facing 25 counts of Dissemination of Explicit Sexual Material of a Minor, 25 counts of Unlawful Contact with a Minor involving Obscene and other Sexual Materials and Performances, and 24 counts of corruption of minors.
He is currently being held without bail.
So how long before he gets out on bail AGAIN and ruins more children’s lives? Our justice system is a freaking joke.
The Judge denied him bail because he was out on bail on similar charges at the time of the incident.
Organisms such as this should be severely penalized. Obviously, this thing isn’t going to cease offending in the near future, perhaps ever. At least the judge denied bail this time. That’s a plus. However, I really don’t feel the taxpayers should be burdened with supporting this disgusting organism when there are cheaper alternatives. Castration comes to mind.

Something seriously wrong in someone’s brain to be attracted to kids of any age when you’re an adult. Mckean Co does have a jaded judicial system. Praying this guy doesn’t get off light. He’s the definition of predator
