A Brocton man was arrested on a warrant for auto stripping in Stockton.
Deputies of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office charged 35-year-old Timothy M Schrader with Auto Stripping, trespass, two counts of Criminal Mischief and two counts of Petit Larceny.
The charges stem from Schrader allegedly trespassing at a RT 380 home and stole a piece of copper tubing attached to the house and cut off a catalytic converter from a car which was parked in the driveway.
He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
