A controversial Congresswoman’s comments about the crash of Flight 93 on 9/11/2001 are drawing criticism.
In remarks where she criticized President Biden for waiting until a suspected Chinese Spy Balloon was over the Atlantic Ocean, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor-Green of Georgia took exceptions with claims that shooting it down over land would be “too risky.”
“Do you guys remember on 9/11 when an airplane crashed in Pennsylvania? A jetliner, remember that? It didn’t kill anybody on the ground!”
All 44 people on board United Flight 93 were killed when the plane crashed in Shanksville on 9/11. The actions of the passengers on board are credited with preventing the plane from crashing into the Capitol Building in Washington.
While it was not the most wise reference in light of sensitivity and may have been a little crass, I’d wager that this congresswoman truly meant no disrespect for the victims, their families or anyone else.
It’s time Americans wake up, quit getting so butt-hurt over these things and focus on the real issues. Namely, a spy balloon from a hostile nation was allowed to pass over a large portion of our country, including sensitive sites, all the while gathering and instantly transmitting data back to a foreign nation and nothing… NOTHING was done about it for days.

I love these armchair quarterbacks who think that they know better than the countless military and intelligence analysts that surely vigorously examined every advantage and disadvantage of shooting that balloon down over the U.S. Analysts that had access to every piece of information relevant to the decision. But these clowns who watch the news on social media know better. LOL
In a way I agree with her it should have been taken care of immediately we have the technology we could have just shot a hole in it and let it fall down in a field somewhere instead of letting it go around getting information on who knows what, but I do disagree about bringing up flight 93 which is something totally different, that was the day regular people became heroes and gave up their lives to save others, would she or even you or I have the guts to do what those people did that day on that plane, “Lets Roll”
Does anyone that the US was not jamming signals back to China? I did not raise my children to lie to the American public like she has, and say things like if she were at trumps riot on Jan. she would have brought a AR-15 and things would have been different meaning she would have killed police officers defending the Captial. America is slowly going away because people like her have an audience.
