A Bradford Man is in McKean County Jail charged with rape.
According to the City of Bradford Police, in late October 32-year-old Justin Michael Schlopy forcibly raped and committed multiple other sexual offenses against a 16-year-old girl.
Schlopy was arrested on a warrant Saturday and was remanded to McKean County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
