Minich Convicted of Firing Weapon into Occupied Structure

A Bradford man was convicted of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure on Tuesday.

After a two-day trial, a jury found 38-year-old Daniel Minich guilty of a charge stemming from an incident on Onofrio Street in December of 2021 when a welfare check turned into an armed standoff that ended peacefully.

Minich is scheduled to be sentenced July 7^th.
