A Bradford man was sentenced on firearms charges Thursday.
A jury convicted 42-year-old Ryan Christopher Forsythe in July on charges stemming from a traffic stop on Campus Drive in Bradford Township. During the stop Forsythe was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm, which he is prohibited by statute from being in possession of. Forsythe also did not have a concealed carry permit for the weapon.
Forsythe was sentenced to 80 to 160 months plus one year of supervision. He was also ordered to undergo mental health and Drug and Alcohol screening.
