A Jamestown man is facing manslaughter charges after an investigation into the death of a 16-month-old child earlier this month.
After an investigation into a suspicious death of a child, Jamestown police allege that 25-year-old Matthew E Nuttall caused the death of the infant by blunt force trauma. According to District Attorney Jason Schmidt, Matthew Nuttall had a romantic relationship with the infant’s mother and lived with them. He is not the child’s biological father.
Nuttall was charged April 17 with second-degree manslaughter and arraigned the next day by Judge George Panebianco before being sent to the Chautauqua County Jail on $500,000 cash bail or $1 million property bond.
They ought to put his head in a hydraulic vise and set it to squeeze another 1/1,000,000 of an inch every day or so until his lousy head goes “pop” like an empty milk carton.
