A Hinsdale man was arrested in Cuba early Wednesday.
According to Cuba police, 36-year-old Robert A Richardson was charged with felony criminal mischief, two counts of petit larceny and attempted petit larceny, as well as misdemeanor conspiracy.
Richardson was transported to Allegany County Jail and held pending arraignment.
