A Kane man was convicted for a gun violation following a one-day jury trial at the McKean County Courthouse.
A jury found Robert Copley guilty of two felony counts of Possessing Firearms when he is prohibited.
The conviction stems from Copley buying two firearms in 2022 when he was not permitted to possess firearms due to a prior conviction.
Assistant District Attorney Gregory A. Henry prosecuted the case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
