A Bradford man charged with a felony after an incident reported at the Bradford Sheetz
20-year-old Michael Reid is charged with felony theft.
According to Foster Township Police, between July 16 and 24 of last year while Reid worked for Sheetz, he activated 16 gift cards for a total of $3,450 and gave a customer $50 worth of gasoline without accepting payment.
The cards were for Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Playstation, eBay, Walmart and Sephora.
Reid was arraigned March 13, released on $25,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
IT WASNT A FELONY AND HE IS NOT 20. ALL THE FACTS ARE WRONG
It is a felony and he is over 18 so he will pay restitution and spend sp.e time in the clink….what a piece of work…
