A Bradford man was arrested after a drug investigation of 1 Circle Street on Monday morning.
City of Bradford Police, with assistance from the Pennsylvania State Police, charged 63-year-old Norman Michael Quinn with felony Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver and Possession of related drug paraphernalia.
Quinn was remanded to McKean County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.
