A Bradford man was charged with a felony after a reported incident on Keating Avenue on Monday.
City of Bradford Police charged 21-year-old Owen M. Wesmiller with felony trespass, invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct.
The charges stem from Wesmiller allegedly trespassing and acting suspiciously on a Keating Avenue property several times.
Police had reportedly told Wesmiller to not return to this property in the past.
Surveillance video allegedly shows Wesmiller sneaking around the property and the homeowner reported that she had heard suspicious noises outside her home.
During the interview, Wesmiller allegedly admitted to trespassing three separate times, attempting to enter the home through the back doors, and attempting to watch the woman through a window as she showered for personal gratification.
He was remanded to McKean County Jail on $25,000 bail.
Preliminary hearings are scheduled.
