A Bradford man was back in McKean County Court Thursday after his previous plea deal had been rejected by the court in May, for being too far below sentencing guidelines.
On Thursday, Kenneth B Marsh pleaded no contest to a new agreement of reckless endangerment, DUI and Driving on a DUI Suspended License after he drove into the children’s tent at the Festa Italiana in Bradford last August.
Sentencing has been postponed until July 31 so he can get his affairs in order.
Marsh also requested that his bail be modified so he can pay his property taxes and bail was lowered from $25,000 to $5,000.
