A Jamestown man was charged Tuesday morning with a sexual assault in Friendship.
New York State Police charged 21-year-old Jacob Daniel Dutton with felony sexual abuse through forceful compulsion, criminal obstruction of breathing, acting in a manner injurious to a child and forcible touching.
The charges stem from an alleged assault reported on April 4.
Dutton was held pending arraignment.
