A Crosby man has been charged with perjury after allegedly lying during a license suspension hearing in McKean County Court.
52-year-old Mark Spencer is charged with felony perjury and false swearing.
The charges stem from a June 10 hearing where he allegedly testified that troopers never read him his legal rights regarding blood testing after a DUI arrest.
After the hearing, the trooper reviewed footage of the arrest, which showed Spencer being read the form twice in the patrol car on camera.
Spencer was arraigned Thursday, released on $10,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
