Accused Voyeur Arrested in Olean

An Olean man was charged with unlawful surveillance Friday afternoon.

According to New York State police, 53-year-old Gary Houghtaling was charged with felony unlawful surveillance for allegedly viewing others engaged in sexual conduct. He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court at a later date.
