A Pennsylvania corrections officer from McKean County was arraigned Wednesday, charged with having sexual relations with inmates and stealing other inmates’ identities.
Pennsylvania State Police and the PA Attorney General’s office charged 35-year-old Kristina Miller with felony counts of institutional sexual assault, felony unlawful use of a computer, several counts of conspiracy to commit identity theft and conspiracy to commit theft by deception.
Miller worked at SCI Forest in Marienville between 2020 and 2023, where it’s alleged that she repeatedly had sex with three different inmates and used the prison inmate database to get personal information of different inmates, which she shared with a co-conspirator for a financial fraud scheme.
Miller was remanded to jail in lieu of $100,000 unsecured bail.
