A Scottsville man was arrested on a felony warrant in Salamanca on Wednesday morning.
Salamanca Police arrested 52-year-old Robert M. Machado on a warrant related to charges of felony grand larceny, unlawful possession of personal identification and identity theft.
Machado was released with an appearance ticket.
