A Smethport man who pled guilty to Child Pornography was sentenced in McKean County Court Thursday.
42-year-old Frederick Raszmann was sentenced to state prison for 16 to 32 months plus 3 years of consecutive probation.
Raszmann is not eligible for any early parole programs and is also required to register as a Sex Offender for 15 years.
