A Salamanca man was arrested on a warrant at an Old Route 17 residence Tuesday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Kirby J. Ferguson on a warrant out of Cattaraugus County Family Court.
Ferguson was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail.
