Olean Firefighters swiftly contained a kitchen fire at 450 Third Ave. early Thursday morning.
Fire crews were dispatched at about 12:59AM for a reported smoke with visible fire coming from one of the two apartments in the building. The neighboring apartment had already been evacuated.
Crews brought the fire under control within six minutes.
Two people have been displaced, no injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation.
