The Lewis Run Man already charged with over 450 felonies relating to child rape, child pornography and stalking was issued additional charges Friday related to child pornography and conspiring to retaliate against a victim.
48-year-old Ray Edward Coast is now also charged with two felony counts of Conspiracy Retaliation against A Victim, felony Use of a Communication Facility; 4 felony counts of Photographing or Filming Sexual Abuse of Children and 5 felony counts of Sexual Abuse of Children through Child Pornography.
Coast is accused of conspiring with Peter Ross of Lewis Run to discredit a victim who testified against him during a preliminary hearing on his prior cases, discussing a plan to contact their employer and to post things to an anonymous social media page, urging the business to fire the victim before his trial.
Ross is charged with two counts of Conspiracy Retaliation and Conspiracy Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.
Coast also allegedly video-taped himself engaging in sexual intercourse with a young boy and possessed a video and photograph of 2 boys who appear to be between 8 and 10 years old engaging in sexual activity.
Peter Ross was remanded to McKean County Jail on $150,000 bail while Coast now has $150,000 added to his previous $3 million bail in the other cases.
