An Olean man has pled guilty to a federal methamphetamine charge Thursday.
23-year-old Isaiah Josiah Dre Riley pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine.
He faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison with a maximum of 40 years and a fine of up to $5 million.
Riley is involeved in a different federal case where he allegedly sold crack cocaine from a Third Avenue residence in Olean.
Sentencing for the meth case is scheduled for Sept. 28.
