A Wellsville woman was charged in an arson case early Saturday morning.
New York State Police charged 28-year-old Shelby T. Watson with felony arson for reckless damage, felony burglary for illegal entry, criminal trespass and obstruction of governmental administration.
Watson was held for central arraignment.
