A Cuba woman was arrested as a fugitive after a traffic stop on S Union St in Olean Sunday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department arrested 27-year-old Dominica R. Howells on an active warrant from McKean County.
Howells was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
