The Bradford Owls baseball and softball teams are in the thick of the 2026 spring season here in District 9.
The baseball Owls stand at 3-4 overall and 0-3 in conference play. They snapped a skid with a strong 8-4 victory over Brockway on Monday, collecting 10 hits in the process. Sophomore Jamin Bell has been swinging a hot bat at .381 with eight hits and four stolen bases. Sophomore Lucas Wallace is driving in runs with five RBI, including a homer and a triple, while junior Brody Haviland leads the mound with a 2.69 ERA and has added six RBI with his bat.
On the softball side, the Lady Owls sit at 1-6. They’ve shown some fight, including a 12-2 win over Kane on April 10th, but dropped their most recent game to Brockway. The team continues to battle and look for consistency.
Both squads have a busy week ahead as they push through the District 9 schedule.
