Bradford Man Arrested on Warrant in Carrollton Thursday

A Bradford man was arrested in Carrollton late Thursday afternoon.

New York State Police arrested 65-year-old Clinton B. McLaughlin on a criminal warrant.

McLaughlin was transferred to the custody of another law enforcement agency.
