A Bradford man was charged with allegedly beating a baby in Roulette.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 24-year-old Kristopher Taylor with two felony counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child and simple assault.
The charges stem from the reported abuse of a 1-year-old girl on March 16.
Taylor is remanded to the Potter County Jail awaiting further court proceedings.
